Breakfast – Eggy and/or Bread Coffee

Now all the anger, the fat coffee is exactly what it sounds like. Coffee of good quality, mixing it with 2st.spoons of oil, 1-2st.spoons of coconut oil, styvia or any other zero-calorie sweetener and aromas. This coffee significantly increases energy and suppresses hunger, and is cold and delicious!

Lunch – Spam Fries and Cole Slaw

If you saved a little cabbage (uncooked) from dinner last night, make a simple shash using low carbohydrate ingredients, and chop a little spam into the fried sections, and fry them in the pan, or bake them for 22 20 minutes at 350 ketchup! Get recipe and instructions

Dinner – Tacos

Use your favorite taco recipe, cook some beef, and use romain for shells. Add fat cream and cheese to it, and you’ll never miss tortillas.
