Lunch – tuna salad wraps

Making a tuna salad with low carbohydrate ingredients is easy and delicious, doubly so when you cut a little fresh avocado in said salad. Using endaive sheets or novel salad for transportation and eat salad even better! Get recipe and instructions

Dinner – Small hash

Shred the cabbage’s head and cook with onion, beef, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, oil and garlic. That sounds weird, but it’s so good. You could even use the leftovers of chopped meat roulette here if you have it for even more flavor. Get recipe and instructions.
