INGREDIENTS
- 4 large pieces Pork chop
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 2 Pcs Eggs
- Salt pepper
- 8 Slices Cheese
- Corn oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat the pork chops well, salt and pepper. Then roll in flour on both sides.
- Beat the eggs and dip each chop on both sides.
- Then roll the chops in the bread crumbs.
- Place two slices of cream cheese in the middle of the chop.
- Fold the chop in half and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After half an hour, put in a preheated pan with butter and fry on both sides until tender.
