The May holidays are over, which means it’s time to rebuild our diet. Today we will help you with this. Light and tender vegetable cutlets are great after a lot of parties. They are easily absorbed and it is important that they will not go to your sides, that is, too fat. The main thing is that such a dish will saturate your body with useful substances. Let’s move on to the dish itself and talk about it.

This recipe is quite simple and anyone can cook this dish. All cooking will take relatively little time – only half an hour. If we take the number of ingredients that we offer you, then it will be possible to feed three people. What is the nutritional value of the product? A whopping 180 calories, 6 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat, 18 grams of carbohydrates, all in one serving! Pretty good for regular cutlets, considering they are not meat. Let’s move on to the products we need.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini – (one fruit is enough)
  • Carrots – (one piece)
  • Flax seeds – (a tablespoon is enough)
  • Cornstarch – (one tablespoon)
  • Salt – (one pinch)
  • Freshly ground black pepper – (one pinch or to taste)
  • Chicken eggs – (one piece)
  • Greens – (one bunch)
  • Corn – (one tablespoon)
  • Garlic – (three cloves)
  • Olive oil – (one tablespoon)

Cooking process:

  1. To start cooking our delicious and healthy cutlets, you need to prepare all the necessary products. In this case, we used corn from the freezer, that is, frozen. If you want, then you can take frozen greens for cutlets. Zucchini is a great substitute for courgette. If you have a young zucchini, then it is not necessary to remove the seeds and peels, they will not affect the taste.
  2. The second thing to do is to start grating the zucchini, and when done, squeeze out all the moisture, as this is very important.
  3. Add the same grated carrot to the already grated zucchini.
  4. To make our mass for cutlets, add all the remaining products from the list and mix thoroughly.
  5. We make our delicious cutlets. Considering how many ingredients you have taken, you can understand how many cutlets you will have. In our case, six pieces.
  6. It is best to fry in olive oil over medium heat. This will give you a beautifully toasted cutlet on both sides. Do not pour too much oil, the main thing is that it is at the bottom, you don’t need more. By the end of all cooking, cover our cutlets with a lid for a couple of minutes and leave.
