This, of course, is by no means a panacea for all ills, and supporters of the concept of a healthy lifestyle (healthy lifestyle) must understand that this is a whole complex and, in addition to recommendations, it is also necessary to adhere to a healthy diet and exercise.

Recommendation # 1.

Include foods rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fats in your diet. Thanks to these fatty acids, your skin tone, joint, and tendon mobility will improve. And most importantly, it has a beneficial effect on the functions of the brain. As you can see, fats can be healthy too. The highest content of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids in fatty acids is present in northern marine fish. At the same time, it is better not to fry it, but to boil it or steam it.

It is understandable, genetically modified foods grow faster, their fruits are usually large, have a longer shelf life and for some reason they are not eaten by insects and animals, which is already suggestive. There are studies carried out on mice, proving that the use of GMO foods in food leads to a weakening of the immune system, the development of cancer, and infertility. I think this point is the most important. In Ukraine, for example, genetically grown products were obliged to label at the legislative level. Here in Russia, as always, chaos, or our legislators received
not a frail rollback from manufacturers, roofing felts are simply careless about their duties, which is not surprising. True, as always, somewhere in between.
